In any transactions with KKROXTYLE liability will be limited to the amount paid for the items less our cost of shipping the same items.
Duties and taxes:
Our items are eligible for duty-free entry in most countries. We also include suitable papers to avoid any charges. However, some countries require the consignee to pay GST as per the prevailing laws of that particular country. KKROXTYLE takes care of all shipping costs. We are unable to add local taxes to our pricing. Any GST or related taxes will therefore be collected by the courier agency at the time of delivery.
Return and exchange policy:
KKROXTYLE solely guarantees the quality of the products we offer. At the same time, we also realize difficulty to accurately judge a product from the image on a screen. We want to assure our clients that we will allow you to return a product in its original condition for a full refund of the amount paid by you if the product is not up to your expectations.
Please contact KKROXTYLE within seven (7) days of receipt of the item at (firstname.lastname@example.org) and specify the product code to be returned. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs.

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

Items damaged in shipping:
KKROXTYLE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. However, all international packages are insured (domestic shipments are not insured). If your item is lost or damaged, please hold onto the item, with the original packaging, and inform us immediately at email@example.com. We will contact Courier Company on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once the courier company has approved and paid the claim to KKROXTYLE, we will forward the applicable amount to you (note: original insurance cost is not refundable).
