Shipping policy:

Shipping cost will be depends on latest offers and updates. We ship through DHL, BlueDart, FedEx and DTDC, and other courier partners subject to serviceable PIN codes.

Shipping for orders above USD 600 ($600) is free for all international locations subject to the ZIP Code or PIN Code or Area Code is covered by FedEx or DHL. Delivery to remote areas will take a longer time subject to the availability of services by our courier partners.

Total shipping costs for orders below USD 600 ($600) will be USD 35 ($35) or the shipping cost charged by our courier partners, whichever will be less in amount.

Cancellation of order:

Customers can cancellation of orders within 24 hours without penalty.

Especially pre-order items can’t be cancelled after 24 hours of your order request.

Tracking number:

After the dispatch of the shipment by our courier partners, the customer shall be communicated an air waybill (AWB) number which can be tracked on the particular courier partner’s website. This AWB number becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been provided to the buyer (buyer or receiver signature on the receipt is mandatory), the article shall be deemed to be delivered to the concerned buyer.

Period of delivery:

KKROXTYLE deliver all products through our courier partners only. We do not guarantee any time limit of delivery. However, our dispatch section gets in touch with courier partners for speedy and timely delivery of our products. In unusual circumstances, a consignment may be delayed due to unavoidable situations such as flight delays, natural calamities, remote locations, etc.
